Kevin Dobbins joins the team at OnLogistics as Operations Manager

Supply chain logistics integrator OnLogistics has appointed Kevin Dobbins to the position of Operations Manager.   Based at a valued aerospace client’s site, he will be responsible for managing day to day functioning operations driving essential activities, seeking improvements and steering overall process enhancement.   As part of his responsibilities, Kevin will train and support the OnLogistics team in pushing for a streamlined process in regards to the client on-site packing needs, on-site logistics and on & off-site stores provision whilst providing valuable consulting and searching for methods to reduce and drive cost down initiatives for the client and increase productivity throughout the supply chain.   As an experienced service delivery manager, he has over 25 years’ experience coordinating both small and large teams from office based to warehouse operatives throughout the UK mainland. Managing to successfully implement and deliver high end company process improvements having a positive impact on the growth of existing business requirements and supporting future growth.   With a wealth of experience acquired working for companies such as Daher Aerospace, Kuehne + Nagel and Kier, Kevin is keen to utilise experience of supply chain management, deployment and logistics, expressing passion to deliver company growth and first-class service, stating “I am happy to join the team at OnLogistics and support their positive outlook and planned expansions for 2020 utilising my years of experience in both aerospace logistics and warehousing activities.
